Riva Apartments - Split

The location is perfect, just steps from everything. The balcony was great for morning coffee, and we loved visiting the beach and local markets. The apartment was well-equipped and clean. Paula was super friendly.

One night, the noise from a nearby karaoke party made it hard to sleep, a bit rough for us after a long day.

The foldaway bed was comfy, and the place was super clean. Super impressed with the air conditioning too, kept it nice and cool. Only thing was it could get a bit noisy at times if you opened the windows.

The staff and the host were all amiable. The room was clean, especially an absolutely stunning view of the Riva and ocean from the window. Its decoration was amazing, the bed was comfy, I had a good sleep. The location was amazing easy to walk to-or-from the main bus stationed ferry terminal and met requests. Had nice dainties at Caffe Bar Skalina, located very close to the hotel...

Our mornings began on the terrace, sipping coffee while enjoying amazing sea views. Paula was there to guide us through hidden gems in the city.

The fold-away bed seemed a bit concerning at first, but it turned out to be surprisingly comfy. Still, it could use a clearer setup instruction.

The apartment was beautifully decorated, spacious, and very clean. The central location offered fine views of the Riva and made it easy for me to explore the local attractions without having to walk very far.

Stairs can be challenging for seniors.

I absolutely loved staying in the Deluxe Queen Room. the comfy bed made it hard to leave in the mornings, and the beautiful decor truly felt like a home away from home. There were perfect spots to relax, like the cozy lounge and lovely terrace to soak up some sun. The only thing was the stairs to our room, which could be a bit much after a long day, but the staff were super helpful with our bags! 😊

Staying in the Apartment with Sea View exceeded my expectations. The large terrace offered fine vistas. Although finding the apartment was a bit tricky initially, the stylish decor and Paula's attentive hospitality made it all worthwhile.

Staying here was a great experience. The location is fantastic, right within the Diocletian Palace and close to the Riva waterfront. The apartment had stunning views and was well-maintained, providing a very comfortable atmosphere during my stay. Be prepared for the stairs, as there's no elevator, which could be a bit challenging if you're carrying heavy bags.
